What's Fixed

• We've improved the layout of the sign-in buttons in your account settings. Button text now wraps properly in every language, making it much easier to read and manage your connected accounts.
• Newly added rooms now appear in your schedule view as soon as you sync them. You won’t need to manually refresh the page anymore to see your latest room updates.

User Experience Enhancements

• Visitor management: We fixed an issue where hosts were not appearing during visitor check-in via QR code. Visitors can now easily find and select their host just as they would on the main kiosk.
• Room booking display: Long meeting titles and descriptions now wrap correctly to fit your screen. You’ll no longer see text stretching off the side of the summary page.
• Desk reservation: We resolved a bug where recurring desk bookings were being cut short after 20 days. Your app now follows your company’s specific booking window correctly, whether you're on iOS or Android.

What's Fixed

• We fixed a bug where some team members were unable to log in even though licenses were available. You’ll no longer run into licensing errors when trying to access your account.

Joan Visitor management

• We updated how e-paper badges work with our visitor check-in system. Now, badges correctly link to each visitor’s specific registration from the check-in tablet.

Developer tools

• You can now find a new section for Devices in our API documentation. This makes it easier to manage your hardware setup using our developer tools.

• We resolved a synchronization issue where some Microsoft Office 365 meetings weren't appearing on devices. Your calendar updates will now show up as expected across your workplace.
• Fixed a bug that stopped some users from claiming prepaid activation codes. You’ll now be able to apply your codes and get your devices ready to go without any trouble.
